Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 July 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Nejc Podlogar, an independent developer based in Slovenia (“Sledi”, “we”), covering your use of the Sledi app and getsledi.com.

By using Sledi, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t use it.

2. What Sledi is

Sledi is a free app for tracking the TV shows and movies you watch. It records what you’ve seen, shows you what’s next, and tells you when new episodes air.

Sledi does not stream, host, or provide access to any TV shows or films. It tracks what you watch elsewhere. Nothing more.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. By using Sledi you confirm you are.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

Don’t:

If you do, your account may be suspended or removed.

6. Your content

Anything you create in Sledi — your library, watch history, ratings, reactions, and notes — is yours.

7. Show and movie data

Show and movie metadata — titles, posters, descriptions, air dates — comes from TMDB (The Movie Database) and remains the property of TMDB and its respective rights holders.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Sledi does not guarantee that this data is accurate, complete, or current. Air dates change; metadata has errors. Don’t plan anything important around it.

8. Importing from other services

Sledi can import a data export you obtained from another service, such as TV Time. When you do:

Sledi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TV Time, Whip Media, Trakt, Letterboxd, or any other service.

9. Availability

Sledi is free and provided as-is. It’s an independent project, not a company with an SLA.

10. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sledi is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sledi and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Slovenian or EU law, or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.

12. Ending it

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect. Continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Slovenia — but if you’re a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections and forum rights your local law gives you.
